10 Step Cleaning Process

1) Pre-Inspection

First, we will walk through your home or office/site with you to visually inspect the carpet and give you an evaluation of expected results as well as listen to any concerns you may have. We will measure all areas to be cleaned and provide you with an accurate quotation/invoice prior to starting the cleaning process.

2) Commercial Pre-Vacuum
Dry soil is removed using a high powered commercial twin motor vacuum cleaner.

3) Furniture Moving
We will move sofas, chairs and tables. We kindly ask you to move all smaller items and breakables out of the room before we arrive. Due to insurance reasons, we are unable to move heavy, large or fragile furniture or any electrical equipment. Where possible, we will clean under these items if there is sufficient room. Charges may apply for rooms with a lot of furniture.

4) Pre-Spotting
Difficult spots and stains are pre-treated with special solutions to increase the chances of removal. Charges may apply for rooms with excessive staining.

5) Pre-Spray
A preconditioning solution is applied to the entire carpet to break down soils and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.

6) Pre Grooming (Agitation)
A professional grooming machine is used to agitate the carpet fibres, leaving soils suspended and ready to be extracted by the cleaning process.

7) Soil Extraction and Rinse
The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed using a powerful extraction machine without over wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind.

8) Post Groom
Your carpet is groomed with a professional groomer so that the pile is standing tall when we leave. Post grooming helps the carpet pile dry faster and in the right position.

9) Speed dry
High velocity air movers (turbo dryers) are placed on the carpet after cleaning to promote faster drying.

10) Post cleaning inspection
We will then walk through your home or office/site with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely happy with the service.
After we finish the cleaning process we recommend having your carpets treated with a stain prevention treatment. This is best applied to freshly cleaned carpets.
